Unipilot | Meet The Crew

In this series we will introduce the team behind Unipilot.

Today, we chatted with Mudassir, our Lead Blockchain Engineer.

How did you join Unipilot?

Similar to the answers from the rest of the team, it was when Uniswap V3 launched in May 2021 and we saw the need for a liquidity management protocol. Previously I was a blockchain engineer at Xord, working on various projects for our clients.

What is your role at Unipilot?

I’m currently the lead blockchain engineer. Most of the time I am working with my team on new features and making the design patterns and architecture for Unipilot contracts.

What do you like about working at Unipilot?

Working on new ideas within decentralized finance, where users retain custody of their funds and have the freedom to use any defi project. There’s something so alluring and addictive about building in this space.

When did you first get into crypto?

I got involved in crypto back in 2017 with a small investment after my friend introduced me to the market. After this I quickly became very curious about the technology behind crypto, and this led to me choosing to work in the blockchain industry.

Tell us a little about yourself. What is your favorite food(s), movie(s) and any other hobbies you have?

I’m glad I got to introduce myself to the world via my contributions at Unipilot, haha! Well I am not much of a foodie but I love to try new Pakistani foods of course. I love to discover the world and to see the cultures and traditions of other people around the globe.

What’s your favorite project in crypto other than Unipilot?

Uniswap, Curve, Aave.
